I love Loretta Lynn. The Van Lear Rose Album, that was produced by Jack White,is excellent! Saw the White Stripes a few years back, I was the second oldest one there next to my brother! LOL

Blue moon with a heart ache...wasn't Emmy lou Loretta Lynn's cousin?.. grew up listening to Rex Allen, Marty Robbins, Sonny James, etc. my mom sang on the WLS barn dance in Chicago along time ago. I'm probably the only Professional Rodeo Cowboy, new wave listenin' Ducati riding horse trainer on the list huh? See you at Indy Vicki.

No, it's the Cake song Short Skirt/Long Jacket. (might just be called Long Jacket) As for Roseanne Cash, she is and has always been wonderful. For me, she and Emmy Lou Harris are what C&W are built on.

Heard an interview w/Rosanne Cash on the radio about the 100 song list.Fascinating, she does have a great voice and I love Johnny! So, is it good? Cake? let me guess...the song refering to Moto-Guzzi's? love that song-Cake too.

I actually prefer the music of the motor, never get sick of it. What's on my Ipod is all over the map. Road Racer X asked me what I am listening to for AV room (a section in the magazine) and basically that means I need to define my musical taste with 5 songs. I like everything from Big Band to Cake. Last week the "album" I bought was the new Rosanne Cash where she sings songs she picked from the list her father gave her of the best 100 C&W songs of all time. This week I added songs by Owl City and Damhnait Doyle and Carrie Underwood. Crazy huh? Vicki
